Chapter VII – Miscellaneous Cases

Article 52: Assembly (confederation) to advance the goals, tasks and fulfils its duties, can make permanent and temporary specialized commissions as it needs from whom are among the managers and members of the Assembly (Confederation). Tasks and activities of each Commission, its number of members and how it is selected, how a commission acts and being managed and also how it dissolved is based on a bylaw prepared and approved by the board of directors. Article 53: The Assembly (Confederation) can employ a number of required commercial, customs, banking, foreign exchange, insurance, inspection, transportation and transit, legal, fair, informatics, economic consultants etc. out of the Assembly’s (Confederation) members to promote and advance its affairs. Article 54: Arbitration The Assembly (Confederation) in relation to its the public and specialized affairs and in case of need to Arbitration (adjudication) can solve the problem via Adjudication Center of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines of Iran. Article 55: If the statute needs to be changed, it is done by the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines of Iran and also the Chamber’s decision is conclusive and binding. Article 56: This Statute in 7 chapters, 56 articles and 11 amendments is approved on 18/8/1384 by the General Assembly of Assembly (Confederation) Founder of Iran Exports composing of representatives of organizations exports’ (goods and services) members of Assembly (Confederation).
